COVID-19 UPDATE
(Updated September 9, 2020)
In order to protect the health of our employees and reduce the risk for COVID-19 in our community we are taking the following steps:
Companion Animals - We are allowing one person per pet to come into the examination room. When you arrive at the clinic please call in and let us know you are here. You will still wait in your vehicle. When the veterinarian is ready to see your pet, we will come and get you, and we will have you go directly to the exam room. Once your pet has been taken care of, we will have you return to your vehicle. A staff member will come and collect your payment.
Since it is virtually impossible for us to maintain the recommended 6-foot social distancing while examining your pet, we ask that everyone where a mask. For your convenience, there are masks and hand sanitizer available at our front door. Please make every attempt to maintain the appropriate 6-foot social distancing interval.
If you are visibly ill, have any symptoms associated with an upper respiratory disease, have been in contact with a person with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days, or have travelled to an area with a high rate of contagion, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another time. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Production Animals – These needs will be addressed on a case by case basis.
Medication Refills/Preventatives - Please call and let us know what you need. When you call, we will let you know the cost of your medication and collect your payment information. We will either leave your products in a designated location or bring them out to your vehicle.
By adopting these measures, we hope to be able to continue to provide the care our patients need. Thank you for your cooperation during this trying period.
